Espresso is the mother of all coffees. The mediterranian beverage in its purest form. The small drink from Italy. Espresso got more Aroma, more tast, more body, more substance. Espresso is produced under high pressure which helps extract the aroma of the coffee. The quality synbol of the Espresso is the thick, compact, hazelnut colored Crema on top.
Preparation

Approximately 8 g of freshly ground coffee
30 to 50 ml of hot water.
